What Home Daycare Teachers Need     Midterm Project for Need-Finding

2024
Through a series of 2+ hour qualitative interviews with eight different home daycare teachers in the Bay Area, my partner Asia Rinehart and I learned about the importance of humility and authenticity in early education. We uncovered what home daycare teachers need to help children flourish.

We volunteered at four of the eight daycares to understand what it’s like to care for young children, and I now work for two of the teachers, Jean and Robin!
